Information sharing to subcontractors that support our own services and operations (for example, our SMS platform provider) is permitted only as necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. All other categories of sharing exclude mobile opt-in data and consent.

You may opt in to receive text messages from Enchanted Garden Resort by:

- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity. Typically fewer than 6 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan. We do not charge a fee for messages.
How to get help or stop messages

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who operate our website, communications, and booking systems on our behalf — including, without limitation, our booking platform (Guesty), our SMS and chat platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), Google (analytics and tag management), and our hosting provider (Vercel). These providers are bound to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Payment processors contracted by our booking platform to process your reservation payment. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Enchanted Garden Resort, our guests, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the receiving party will be bound by this Policy.
As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of your consent plus a reasonable period after opt-out for compliance and audit purposes.
